Prenatal\Postnatal Yoga

 

Brenna Coupland is a certified hatha, prenatal and children's yoga teacher in Vancouver and Burnaby. Her prenatal class is a blend of relaxing restorative postures, balancing and strengthening, and flowing movements to improve ciruculation and flexibility. The postures are designed with mom in mind, as you learn how to use yoga to increase comfort and relaxation, decrease fatigue and other pregnancy symptoms, and gain strength and confidence as you approach your birthing day. Classes also explore breathing techniques, visualization, pelvic floor exercises, and using the voice. Mom & Baby- Mom and baby yoga is a wonderful way to nurture your mind, body and baby - post pregnancy. Join us in the studio for a supportive, weekly class. Strengthen your core, improve your posture, build confidence and relax using inspirational yoga postures, breath techniques and meditation. Meet other new moms and create community. Baby is always with mom, either being incorporated into mom's pose, resting alongside mom, or taking part in their own yoga poses.
